Our office hours:Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM We try to accommodate all requests. Notify us of all dietary, exercise or other special needs.
Inform us of any cleaning staff, work crew, family, friends or neighbours who may be on your premise at the
time of our visits.
JPC will try to maintain the environment & routine you have encouraged for your pets at all times.

A Charity Event 4 was held Wednesday, February 23, 2011. Over 105 guests enjoyed a silent auction, educational & entertaining wildlife presentation, soulful music & delicious foods, great people and more.

A Few Safety Measures
Clients are responsible for the following:
Provide a safe & healthy environment for both pets & pet care providers.
Provide functional, safe leashes & collars to ensure the safety & security of pets & pet care providers.
Cost of any & all veterinary bills, medication, extra fees, transportation, etc.
All housing fixtures, doors, bedding, kitchen ware, crates, etc., are to be secure & safe for pets & pet care providers.
Illness or injury to pets in our care not due to negligence is not the responsibly of JPC, but we will take all reasonable & necessary actions to prevent & solve. All & any contents in household; including furnishings, plants, accessories, etc. damaged by client's pets are not the responsibility of JPC..
JPC cannot be responsible for anything occurring during our absence from the home.
JPC will take all reasonable & necessary actions to maintain the safety & security of pets, pet care providers & environment.
